外国人来华留学如何申请

来华留学一般分为学历项目（本科，硕士，博士）和非学历项目（汉语进修，预科，短期交换），一般的考量标准是学生汉语水平（HSK）,学术水平（前置学历的毕业证，成绩单），以及综合水平（面试，谈吐，年龄等）。
